Use these general steps for a compatible IPTV player. App screens differ by device and version.

1. Check your device and connection

Connect your Smart TV, streaming player, phone or computer to the internet. Install software updates and check available storage before adding a player app.

2. Choose a player app

Use an IPTV player from your device’s official app store. Availability varies by platform and region. Review the app publisher and privacy details before installing.

3. Add your service details

Open the player and choose its playlist or sign-in option. Enter only the M3U address, portal details or account credentials supplied to you by the provider. Treat these credentials like a password.

4. Allow the guide to load

Give the player time to import the channel list and programme guide. A large playlist can take a little longer. Close and reopen the app if the provider recommends it.

5. Troubleshoot playback

Restart the player and your network equipment.
Try a wired connection for a television where practical.
Check the time and date settings on the device.
Contact the provider if your login details or playlist appear invalid.
